About the Guild

Endeavour is a guild of two solid 10 man teams, both currently farming 8/8 heroic. Our two teams consist of highly experienced raid members whos primary focus is to clear all raid content, pre-nerf (if possible) while maintaining a more casual raiding timetable. That being said, you can expect our mid raid atmosphere to be focused and competitive.

Team Alpha of Endeavour are a casual raid team with good solid progress led by Officers with excellent end content raiding experience. Our team can offer a serious but friendly raiding environment and all our players work to their best of their ability.

We expect nothing but the best from our members to ensure that we make the most out of our short raid time table. You should be social as well as focused in order to fit smoothly into the team.

Raid Days & Times: Wednesday, Sunday - 20.00 until 23.00

We are a raid group consisting of well experience individuals who have one primary goal; maintaining a well established professional raid group of individuals who have the ambition and motivation to clear content in a timely period. We strive to maintain a schedule and stick to that schedule. Our ambition is PvE, but to achieve our ambition we must take tiny steps in order to perfect our tactical strategy. We recognize that to achieve this ambition, a strong community is needed, and that is exactly what is continuously being achieved.

To put it plain, we are NOT Hardcore. Nor are we strictly Semi-Hardcore, in our eyes we are casual in terms of having a core that can challenge everything. We highly emphasize on social interactivity within this guild, so optimistically it’s a trait you as a potential raider posses. We may push things in raids in order to ensure a specific standard is maintained.

Person we Expect

- Be able to take and utilise constructive criticism.
- Have the patience to battle through progress.
- Social outlook toward fellow players - ability to communicate

Raid Expectations

- Should be able to login at least 15 minutes before the raid start time
- Be heading to the raid entrance with all consumables 10 mins before raid start time
- Be on TeamSpeak 10 minutes before raid time
- Chant/Gem/Reforge your gear for maximum output for your role
- Actively research your class and spec to ensure that your character is optimised
- Actively research new boss encounters to ensure you are prepared pre-pulls.
- Be willing to change spec or reforge for particular encounters
- Actively prepare and be willing to use ALTS for progress kills.
