Hi,
Before reading on our guild has a requirement that you are fluent in Swedish.
Furthermore, before continuing reading this article is the base on which Scandza was formed:
http://wow.joystiq.com/2012/03/01/heroic-madness-on-7-hours-a-week-the-shape-of-guilds-to-come/
If you've read the article you'll know what we're after and what we're all about.
We will have a raiding schedule which consists of two nights per week:
Tuesday: 19.00-23.00
Thursday: 19.00-23.00
We won't raid more or less than that, but we won't raid on holidays, for example christmas, easter etc.
We're currently residing on Sylvanas on the Alliance side and as mentioned above the guild name is Scandza.
So, what do we expect from you?
High raid attendance, we don't recruit for sitout. We aim to have a 10-11 player roster.
Age: 25+
You should've been a hard-core raider previously, but now you have a family, a job etc which prevents this, and you don't want to spend more than 2 days per week raiding.
You should preferably have a family/girlfriend, as we want people that are at the same stage in life as the rest of us.
You should know your class inside and out, and it's a big plus if you've previously been an officer/raid leader in a hard-core raid guild. We want players that think for themselves, take initiative and are used to this from their previous guild commitments.
If you live in or close to Stockholm that is also a good thing, since we will be seeing each other for a beer every now and then.
If you've played PvP at a high level (read 2600+ in 3v3) and possibly even have a gladiator title that's very positive. We have 5 ex gladiators in our current 9 man roster.
Now that we've shown you what we are aiming for and what we're looking for in our members, you're more than welcome to contact us.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Best regards,
Fredrik
