“The Ambassadors of Pain” Guild

The Ambassadors of Pain is an active 10 man raiding guild.

We are ambitious in our passion for this game, we aim to kill bosses and complete all raiding achievements before nerfs.

To accomplish that, we must rely on our raiders to be: intelligent, dedicated, loyal, extremely competitive without losing their reason and teamplay, with a deep theoretical and practical knowledge of their class(es), with a fast learning curve.

We try to maintain a good social environment, being friendly and helpful, and even though we are all adults with no need to behave nicely for the kiddies, we still try to avoid descending into vulgarity or profanity.
When wipes occur, we're quick to identify the causes by asking our raiders, but not in a such a way as to humiliate, or inflate the ego of others.
We are a guild that values its social life, fair play and respect for everyone; I think these aspects provide a huge help to endure the tension during progress raids or the stressful times every guild goes through.

1) Endgame-raiding educated
- the more xp in high-end raiding, the better, but you need to have some!
- skills, adaptability, fast reactions and the ability to decide for yourself;
- theoretical knowledge and thorough understanding of at least your class/spec and mechanics of raiding;

2) Ambitious and motivated
- proper and best sockets/enchants, grinding rep (Exalted) with the factions for the most suitable shoulder/head enchants;
- ambition in consistently being the best and acquiring the most in all situations;
- decent gear is a nice bonus, but we will never put that before the player commanding the toon;

3) Mature, dependable and in control of your time and life
- able to raid 4 days per week
- mature and friendly attitude;
- team spirit;

We are Recruiting a Healer for our core 10 man group. we are looking for a dedicated healer (Monk, Druid) Minimum ilvl is 495 as we are doing progress on the end tier bosses.
