“Defiance” Guild

<Defiance> is a Horde progression focused guild on Blackwater Raiders. Our guild is the #1 progressed guild on our server (406 US) and have been since Sunwell.

We are currently looking to fill out our ranks for Ulduar. Although we have had all content cleared since 12/05, we have been focused on completing all the raiding acheivements. Continued progression is always our focus. Raiding is about seeing content, not about getting epics.

**We are only a few achievements from completing “Glory of the Raider” **

Raider Expectations:
We expect you to want to be the best of your class. Be specced properly, gemmed properly, and always come prepared to raids.
- Listen to the raid leader, be able to follow directions and know your role in raids
- Add-ons are not a big deal, as long as you can do you job. Some add-ons, however (DBM, PallyPower for paladins, etc) are necessary!
- Know the fights. You should be able to be given an assignment for a fight you have never done before, and you should be able to execute it.
- Don't stand in obviously dangerous things. (e.g. fire, giant pits of falling rock, more fire, and shadow fissures)
- Don't be a window licker. If you mess up, you'll be told to fix it, if you mess up again we take DKP and you get replaced.
- Have a good attitude. Don't be emo or angry or instigate violence by punching people through your computer. We all like to have fun!
- Have good attendance! Why apply for a raiding guild if you're not going to raid?!

Raid Times:
Mon-Thursday: 6pm – 10pm PST.
We expect our raiders to be online, in front of the instance and ready to go 10 min prior to raid start.

Loot System:
We used a modified DKP system. You get points for being ontime, for each boss kill etc. There is a DKP cap, and a decay. DKP is reset for each raiding tier. No one here is a loot-whore, so you will get what you need.
