Morte Al Re is a semi-casual weekend alliance-US raiding guild open
for recruiting dps/heals. We are currently 9/9H and raid on sat/sun
5.30pm to 8.30pm server time(pst). Our guild is located on
Draenor/EchoIsles. We run master loot using the addon rclootcounil.
We supply feasts, cauldrons and guild repairs during raid
times.
We have a "fun run" on Fridays which we clear normal. We use our fun runs as a trial for new players along with helping to gear new/low players and familiarizing them with the mechanics. We don't not supply feast or cauldrons on Friday fun runs.
We run keystones quite often and finish plus 10's each week for many of the guildies. We have a guild website full of helpful informative forum posts. We are helpful nice people. If you are struggling and need assistance we are happy to lend a hand. We always look for and appreciate effort.
Our expectations of our raiders are as follows;
-Be on time.
-Be prepared. (This includes having pots and knowing the fights before coming to raid.)
-Good attendance. (We understand sometimes life happens).
-Having all gear enchanted and gemmed and ready to go.
-Meeting benchmark requirements.
-Our benchmarks are 700k minimum dps out and 500k hps minimum output
along with consistent mechanical uptime.
-Able to take criticism.
We have 3 strike rule. If a particular player makes the same mechanical mistake 3 times per boss, they will get sat out for that fight. They will have the opportunity next week on that boss to show improvement. This does not mean they are sat indefinitely, they are sat on that boss for that week.
We also have a 10 wipe rule. If the guild wipes on a boss 10 times and its not any particular players, its different people each time, then we will call raid for the night and come back next time to do it again.
