[A] Improvise - Greymane 6/8M Monday/Thursday 8pm-11pm EST
Who We Are:
Improvise, ranked #2 on Greymane-Tanaris, is now recruiting all classes with exceptional players for the new and upcoming raid, Dazar'alor!
We are currently 5/8M with progression on Zul at 17% and currently raid two nights a week for a total of six hours. We have a set discord with a writeup of every boss fight and have some of the best players to help improve performance and push to the end of the tier. Our main goal is to push to CE in 8.1 and we hope that you will join us in this endeavor.
Our core group of officers and raiders are top notch players. We are looking to add more like minded individuals to our group. We have been raiding together since Legion, and many of us have known each other for years before that. We pride ourselves on having a relaxed environment while still being able to push end game content.
Our light raid schedule has been both our strength and our curse. We are able to accomplish a lot in a relatively short amount of time, but the other side of the coin is that attendance issues and raider turnover have hindered our progress. We are looking to solidify our roster so that we can achieve CE in 8.1 and every raid tier beyond.
What We Expect:
Going into 8.1 and the new raid tier, we have renewed and revised our raid team's requirements to ensure that we are set up for success:
1. We require HoA level to be lvl 35 minimum going into the new raid. This will allow those who have taken breaks to catch up and allow our core raid to still be relatively strong with the new traits. Some of our raiders already have their neck at 35, so accomplishing this by January 22nd should not be difficult.
2. At least one +10 mythic dungeon must be completed each week in order to maximize gearing and decrease the time of grinding gear through raids until the new raid comes out. The guild will help you accomplish this, but if you are unable to schedule a guild run for the week, you are expected to pug it.
3. If you play a class that can fulfill more than one role, you are expected to be able to play that role to a satisfactory level. You are also expected to knowledgeable about all your specs and to keep up satisfactory gearsets for mythic progression. While you are not required to maintain a raid ready alt, it is highly encouraged.
4. Be prepared. Raiders are expected to bring their own pots for mythic progression. The guild provides feasts and flasks for everyone.
5. Be on time or early to raids, and give advanced notice when you will be missing a raid if possible. We have a light raiding schedule, so people arriving late or no showing hurts our progression exponetially more than guilds that raid 3 or more days a week for 12+hours. We come from all walks of life with different schedules and responsibilities. Joining our raid team means you are committing to our raid times and making them a priority.
