Rational
We are a semi-hardcore guild reformed with the goals of being a more competitive Mythic Raid Team.
Raid Times
Tuesday: 6pm-10pm CST
Wednesday: 6pm-10pm CST
Thursday: 6pm-10pm CST
Sunday: 6pm-10pm CST (First few weeks of progression)
In Legion we'll require each member to have at least two characters ready to raid and play efficiently and effectively to funnel gear to main characters.
How we handle Looting
A Council formed of officers with the goal of benefiting the raid team make all loot decisions. Trials will have the lowest priority on a piece of loot for the sake of fairness to core members, but that doesn't mean you'll get completely left out of loot.
Trial minimum length is two weeks. Exceptional players with perfect attendance will pass after those two weeks. If we believe you need to work on mechanics or you're having attendance issues, we will extend your trial to see if you strive to improve.
Raider Requirements
•90% Attendance (100% during trial)
•Willingness to sit for whatever reason
•Preparation for all fights
•Knowledge of your class(es)
•Ability to have fun (this is a game of course!)
•Ability to accept and use constructive criticism to better yourself
•Consistency in performance and attitude
•Microphone and the ability to use it during raid!
We use Mumble for everything including outside of our raid times to play other games or just hangout because we enjoy each other's company quite often here.

We always accept exceptional applicants no matter what our current class needs may be.
