The Hard-Core Mythic Raid:
Mythic level raiding in a fast-paced, server first environment. Players in this team are expected be at the top level and hold a demonstrated mastery of their class. They are able to sustain excellence in raid performance. It is essential that people in this team put in the research outside of raid time to be completely on top of upcoming boss encounters and craft their character accordingly. Only the best players in the guild, or applicants, will be considered for this raid team.
Raid Times: T/W/Th/Su 10:15pm - 1:30am EST

Attendance is critical to ensure positive progression. All raiders are expected to maintain 100% attendance. We realize that real life issues arise, however we do expect you to give us the same respect that you would give any major commitment in your life.
We use DKP looting system to ensure fair and even loot distribution. Trial raiders receive DKP but do not receive priority on loot during their trial period.
We are looking for players with a minimum 30k DPS for Farm Content and 40k DPS for Progression Raiders.
You must have a solid grasp on the play-style of your class and an understanding of how mechanics effect your play-style with an ability to adapt. Players should be taking the time to familiarize themselves with the mechanics of each encounter. This includes videos, mechanics break downs, and strategy layouts. This is a absolute must for positive progression.
