“Precision” Guild

<Precision> is a 20 man raiding guild on Stormreaver, Horde, that is currently seaking to bolster and strengthen our mythic roster and push hard into Highmaul and Blackrock Foundry. We are a group of players from all walks of raiding, be it top tier, casual, or semi hardcore. We’re striving to create a community of friends and family to not only enjoy the game and the content that we are playing, but also to clear the content at a competitive rate. As it stands, we have players with varying experience, and our leadership core is comprised of raiders who are not only well versed in their knowledge of raid/guild leadership, but are also former top tier US raiders.

What we Expect:

Now for what we expect of you. We expect you to be knowledgeable and well versed in your class, and any specs pertaining to that class. Progression needs change, and as such, you may be asked to change your raiding spec. We expect you to be open to this, and to keep in mind that it’s not a permanent change. If you’re asked to do this, it’s for an interim time frame to just allow us to either work around it, or recruit someone to fill the role in which we’re asking you to. At this time, I’ll break it down into sections to discuss the core values that we look for in a potential recruit.

Personality!
We also expect you to have a personality! Certainly, having an exceptional player is great and all, but what fun is it if they have the personality of a rock? We want someone who we can interact with while we raid! Someone who enjoys our company, as much as we enjoy theirs! Someone who interacts with the guild outside of raid hours, and puts forth an effort to forge a relationship with guild members will excel here.

Constructive Criticism!
While we do expect you to be well versed in your class, we also expect you to understand that you may not know it all. We have many players who play multiple classes and who have done so in hard-core environments for quite some time. We have some folks who are also avid theorycrafters, and who also maintain guides for their respective classes and specs on other sites. We’re not saying they’re always right either, but if you’re approached about something, look at it with an open mind and discuss it with them! Perhaps you can both better each other!

Preparedness!
You must come to raid prepared! Now this doesn’t just mean materialistically! You must come to raid prepared and armed with the knowledge of the encounters that we will be tackling on any given night! We will give you the strategies and the videos that we are referencing prior to the raid night, it’s up to you to ensure that you've researched and reviewed them. During your trial period we will provide all raid materials with the exception of repair funds.
