Removing non-active WoW characters

Due to the updated Blizzard API Policy, we have to refresh all the characters no less frequently than every 30 days. At the moment WoWProgress updates members of active raiding guilds several times a month. Characters that are not members of such guilds most probably will be removed from our database if you don't update them manually.
If a character was deleted (or moved) by the player, we also have to remove it from our database.

    What do you do about character errors? My mage is missing data and my guild join date is messed up now. It says that I joined last month and that's totally false.

    So technically if we want our alts for example, to be deleted from the database we just have to make them guildless for a while?

    Or will there ever be an option to get a clean slate to delete a character totally from WoWProgress?

    Sure, I'll manually update, but there has to exist a reason to do it. M+ for now doesn't even have a Season 4 tab, what am I updating it for?

    is the mythic + table even in the 30 day interval? i can't set the table for it. i don't want to wait 30 days to see my progress i ubdate it manualy every day but cant see anything :s

    pls make a filter that seperates 1 and 2 day guilds... its a big difference... and raiding more then 1 day in 2020 is a waste of lifetime.

    My guilds, my mates, and so much memories...
    How can I restore my character database?

    Not sure if you were aware, but if a character is removed it leaves us with a message we can't read/respond to and thus leaves our notifications showing that we have messages. I got busy with things and wasn't able to check messages. Now that I am back I just have forever notifications. Anyways, just letting you know. Thank you for all you do.

    I am sure it is the API Change, however every time there is a change (player leaves/joins) it shows members rejoining. Is there any way to clean that up?

    My toon got removed despite being top ten on my server for achievements. What use is it to rank achievements if some high achievers are being tossed out? Is there a better site to track achievement rankings now?

    Have a similar problem. I play M+ active as possible to the limited time and farm achievements as good as possible and now all my data and history has vanished.

    Can you update now with Shadowlands?

    There's a ton of characters that haven't logged in since the prepatch hit with the gear squish, resulting in many rankings being wrong.
