GM, Officer and Raidleader at around the WR 300-400 level. Elemental main for a number of years. Took two tiers off it as pwarr then augvoker, but back on it now and still adjusting. I'm looking to raidlead in an environment where people can give and take constructive feedback. As a raidleader I only ask to utilise the resources of the raid to kill bosses asap, even if this is at the sacrifice of parses. I'm not interested in anything below WR 400. I'm happy playing as 21st man using Parsec to raidlead. As long as I get the achievements I'm happy. GM, Officer and Raidleader at around the WR 500-750 level. First tier as main tank, previously an elemental shaman for around 12 years. WOuld consider returning to the shaman. Guild disbanded with Raz on 42%, just going into second intermission around WR 400. Then I was raiding with another guild on TN - guild just disbanded as we almost finished 2nd intermission. Finally killed Raz at WR 1200 which is unfortunately outside the ranking im happy to be playing at. Looking for a 2 or 3 day raiding guild, days and times don't matter too much either.
