“Stimulated Apes” Guild

<Stimulated Apes> is a Cutting Edge guild with a strong commitment to bettering both ourselves and our rankings along the way. We’re looking for talented and motivated players who want to achieve CE in a timely manner on a 2 day schedule. Ability to take constructive criticism/feedback on your gameplay is a must.

Raid Schedule:

Tuesday/Thursday 8:30p-12:30a EST
We do not add extra days or overtime.

What you can expect from us:

Results oriented environment- We don't recruit "bench" raiders. Raid spots are earned, not given. We will bring the 20 best players for the kill, regardless of tenure or guild status. Trials can expect to be put into tough progression situations right away. This fosters a competitive environment where everyone is pushing to be better.

Experienced and passionate leadership- Leadership has 10+ CEs under their belt and previous guild leadership experience. We are committed to facilitating an environment where players can perform well and build synergy. Leadership often spend hours going over logs identifying avenues of improvement and writing in-depth healing notes. Open communication, constructive criticism and positive reinforcement are all on the docket.

Fair loot- All loot is voted on and distributed by the officers based on performance and our progression needs.

Active recruitment and a healthy roster- Too tight of a roster is as hurtful as it is helpful, so we are always looking for talented players. However, we do not want a large roster or to replace loyal raiders just because someone comes along that does 2% more damage, and we believe player>class.

A non-toxic raid environment- We have zero tolerance for sexism, racism, anti-lgbtq, raging, elitism and any generally toxic personalities or parse monkeys.

Consumables/Professions- We provide healing/dps pots, flasks, feasts, weapon/vantus runes, enchants and gems. There's a list of crafters in the guild that can craft any item you need.

What we expect from you:

Know your stuff - Have a deep understanding of your class, how to read your logs and where to find information you may need in order to improve.

Near perfect attendance- Realistically you should be on time, ready and focused barring real-life interruptions. Real-life always comes first, no questions asked. However, a reliable consistent roster is required to reach our goals and maximize individual raid time.

Team oriented- We take raid time seriously and value the people we play with. Therefore we expect maturity, respect and integrity from applicants. Survivability, situational awareness and a positive attitude are what we look for.

Be receptive to feedback and constructive criticism- You should be able to hold yourself accountable and receive constructive criticism without taking it personally. Everyone makes mistakes. Everyone is entitled to a bad night. You must be able to discuss and learn from your mistakes.

Communication- If you are unwilling to use your microphone during raid when needed, you will not be in our raid. Comms remain clear of unrelated banter during a pull to allow for quick and concise communication. Feel free to life grip Sageth off a cliff during break though.
