Who we are?
RETRY is a cutting edge 3-day raiding guild formed in 2016, our aim is to progress at a high level with a goal HoF in the future.

Schedule
We raid 3 days a week. During the release of Mythic we will raid 4 days for the first 1 month. Farm raids 1-2days.

Raid Times
-Wednesday - 19:45 - 23:30
-Thursday - 19:45 - 23:30
-Sunday - 19:45 - 23:30
-Monday -19:45 - 23:30 (first 1 month of Mythic)
*You are expected to be online and at the raid instance 10mins before invites.
** After the tier we will reduce raid days once farm is established.

What we expect from you
We are looking for people for our main roster that are capable of achieving the performance required to meet our goals and challenge our current raiders.

• Being prepared for the raid.
  
• Attendance 99% during progress, reliability is a must.
  
• Ability to communicate in English (written and spoken).
  
• Be able to receive criticism and fix your mistakes not blame others.
  
• Put the raid first not your personal logs, this includes being benched if required for the fight.
  
• Understand that loot is distributed with progress in mind.
  
• Available to participate in PTR raid testing.
  
• Raid farm – available for content farming when the tier has been completed.
  

We expect you to gear up outside of the raid in M+ or any content to improve your gear between raiding days, Raiding should always be your priority and focus.
