“Nineteen Reasons Why” Guild

We are a Mythic CE guild looking for motivated and like-minded Mythic Raiders to round out our roster. We have achieved CE every tier since the guild’s creation in SL (SoD) with CE veterans going back much further.

- Raid Times: 7-10 Server Time (PST) Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Loot Distribution: RCLC (loot council addon) with voting by officers. We distribute loot based on attendance, performance, how good it is for your character, and who has recently received loot.

Culture
We strive to be inclusive of people from all walks of life and don't tolerate hateful comments towards fellow members. Our raid environments are positive and low stress, allowing for people to be people and make mistakes along the way. That being said, there are a few expectations for raiders:

- Expectations: We expect our raiders to have good attendance, show up for raid prepared, keep a positive attitude while we slay bosses, and always work to improve.

Being prepared is critical as we only raid 2 nights a week and want to maximize good prog, while minimizing progging the WA boss.

Roster and Recruitment
Our ideal roster is around 25 players. Players are sat on progression bosses based on their performance and how their chosen class does on the fight. For farm bosses, we rotate players so that everyone gets to play and fill as many vault slots as possible.
