What do we expect from you?
1. Teamspirit! The raiders in our Raidpool are each and everyone very important. But more so are the feeling of doing what is best for the raid.

2. We expect you to work hard. You research your class. You research encounters. We expect you to maximise everything.

3. Have the tools, know the aim! Getting loot from our raids are great and its part of making progress easier. But dont rely on our raid-drops. Do what you must to get proper gear for the guilds raids. The progress during our raids is what should matter. Not the drops.

4. We want reliability and consistency. The best progress comes from pounding that boss 100+ wipes, and consistently getting to the parts of the fight which need work. We cannot do this without consistency, or without roster reliability. So a key element for us is reliability and consistency! Naturally it can never be perfect, but is something that as a guild we are always aware of and working on.

5. Showing up! We expect high attendance to raids. Going low and you loose your prio to loot and you risk you spot in the raidpool.
