<Welcome> is a guild of competent motivated players who go for cutting edge in a given tier. We started in Castle Nathria and have pretty much halved our world ranking every tier since, so if you'd like to be a part of the journey -- do not hesitate to reach out. What can Welcome offer you:
Progression: A chance to raid with one of the better Argent Dawn guilds and to join us on cutting edge kills going forward.
Atmosphere: We pride ourselves on being a guild with a relaxed atmosphere and very much care about being honest, open and transparent. We make sure to enjoy ourselves with content outside of raiding that includes (but is not limited to) PvP, M+, Alt-runs & MOVIE NIGHTS!
Stability: We're a guild with a very stable core of competent officers who'll ensure that you not only enjoy yourself, but go into any given encounter with the highest odds of a kill.
What we expect of you:
Communication: You should be able to communicate effectively in English and using Discord. You must be able to communicate vocally, although most of the time you'll only need to be listening-- not talking.
Competency: We expect you to know your class & spec in and out. We will do our very best to help you become the best version of yourself, but you must be familiar with the fundamentals of your character. Besides this, you must be confident enough in your class to handle Mythic raid mechanics smoothly.
Reliability: We expect you to try and sign up to as many raids as possible.
