Die Beherrschung deiner Klasse und Motivation zur Verbesserung
Charakter Pflege (z.b M+, Weekly Keys etc.)
Ausgiebiges sowie gründliches vorbereiten der Raidencounter
Einen guten Umgangston

Eine durchgeplante und faire Lootverteilung im Sinne des gesamten Raides
