Heute am 05.06.19 haben wir uns dazu entschieden den Raidbetrieb einzustellen.
Das generelle Interesse am Spiel ist in letzter Zeit stetig gesunken und somit haben wir nach und nach Leute die das game quitten, als auch Attendance&Motivation Probleme gehabt.
Das alles hat ein Level erreicht an dem wir als Officer Team keine akzeptable Lösung sehen und auch selber nicht die Zeit und Motivation für heftiges Recruitment aufbringen können.
Die Gilde ist im guten auseinander gegangen, das Klima auf persönlicher Ebene war gegen Ende eigentlich sogar besser als je zuvor.
Wir bedanken uns für über 5 Jahre raiden auf hohem Niveau und wünschen allen Member viel Glück ein neues zu Hause zu finden.
Sollte sich jemand bei euch bewerben und ihr habt fragen über ihn, könnt ihr euch gerne bei einem der unten genannten Personen melden.
Today, 5th June 2019, we decided to permanently stop raiding.
Generally we lost interest in the game which resulted in people quitting the game, having less motivatoin and general Attendance issues.
This has reached a certain level that we as an officer team couldn't find a acceptable solution to this problem. It would require heavy recruitment and some restructuring which we do not have the time nor motivation for.
There was no issue with people not liking each other, its exactly the opposite. People were having a lot of fun in the past few months.
We're thankful for over 5years of exceptional raiding and we wish all our members good luck in finding a new home.
