The Guild "Crux mortys" is a New PVE Guild, created in February 2017 in the EU-Draenor.Our Objective is competitive Raiding while keeping a casual atmosphere. If you are mature and in order to push for Mythic Difficulty, without this meaning Hardcore Gaming, but Casual 2, maximum 3 days a week in progress of time, with knowledge of the class / your spec, with a good sense of humor, without dramas and childish reactions to any issue that may confront in and out of the raid, then you are ready to join our team.
Our raid times and days:
Monday - 20:00 - 23:00 (server time), Invites are starting @19:45
Wednesday - 20:00 - 23:00 (server time), Invites are starting @19:45
Thursday - 20:00 - 23:00 (server time), Invites are starting @19:45
LOOT RULES
We use loot council to distribute the loots.
The loot council is composed by 5 people (officer team).
While you are in trial period you have no right to get loot and if given something will be just a bonus.
BoE's are given to the Guild Master asap and when we sell them you will get the 20% of the money gained, rest goes to the Guild Bank in order to provide guild repairs, flasks and food buffs for our raid team.
If you want to complain about something please do it after raid to the Guild Master or the Officers (everyone does some mistakes and none is perfect)
RAIDING
During our progress some people may be benched to achieve the best performance of the team.
While non progress raid bosses all will participate.
This rule will be for heroic bosses that we don't have a limit of people to raid... If you want to raid to our mythic team you will have to earn it.
BEHAVIOUR
We don't accept whining MOSTLY during our raid. Whining is a kickable offence...
All raid members must respect each other and of course nor racist comments....
On TeamSpeak we might go crazy some times but all have to understand that during the fight ONLY the assigned people will talk.
We might do some criticism... please live with it!
