Welcome to <Hiraeth>!
Hiraeth means "longing for home" in Welsh.
We are a 2 night raiding guild, and our aim is to clear as much as possible in Mythic, each tier. We keep clear and achievable goals and requirements to allow us to reach as far as possible. But our goal is to ultimately do this while having fun. So we will always prioritise the player's sanity above the progress.
We pride ourselves in the balance we keep between the Social and the Raiding aspect within the guild, making it a community. We ultimately enjoy each other's company, and this can be in main raids, social raids, M+, achievement runs, transmog runs, or even other games like Rocket League, Party Games or quizzes. We even do some competitions with rewards from time to time! That said, there are plenty of events going every week, including a Social Raid and M+ event (where we make sure everyone who had issues getting a key done for the week, gets one done). We are inclusive, and strive on keeping a safe environment for everyone. It goes without saying, toxicity is not tolerated. As such, if anyone needs help with anything, we strive on helping.
We also believe no one is always 100% absolutely correct. So we have a 2 way feedback system, where we often consult the guild before taking major decisions, openly hear feedback and suggestions, and adjust things as we go. But this also means the officer team will give their feedback as well when something is not quite right.
