“Mythic” Guild

<Mythic> is a newly formed guild on Ghostlands-EU, aiming to be a successful mythic raiding guild in WoD! Led by real life friends we aim to provide an organised and stable community for all who join.

Raid days are Sunday+Thursday 8-11pm GMT, however you will be expected to be online 15 minutes before this, ready for invites with your flasks, pots etc ready to go.

We are currently looking to recruit to build on our 10 man team whilst doing normal/heroic raids, with the aim to move to Mythic once we have enough core players to field a strong 20 man team, but aim to do so slowly and steadily so as not to upset the balance of the current team.

We have a short raiding schedule as we understand people have real life commitments and responsibilities, and because of this we will make the most of our short time in raids, so expect you to be on your game and arrive prepared.

What we're looking for and what we expect of you:

Be reliable. Show up for raids you signed for, communicate if you cannot join a raid.

Be motivated. Have a certain rate of activity (You don't have to attend every raid, but somewhat around 75% should certainly be doable with our limited amount of raids), Be willing to clear encounters that are on farm.

Be geared. You don't have to have raid level gear but if you want to raid you should at least be dedicated enough to farm heroics and get yourself some Reputation/Crafted items.

Be flexible. ...about your character role. Be able to perform the tasks that are needed

Perform! Know your class, be able to learn quickly and pull your weight within our raid

Have a microphone and make use of it (We use TS3)

Be mature, we are all for having a laugh but we aim to provide a relaxed atmosphere in which people can enjoy some focused raiding without pressure.

All applicants are expected to have good knowledge of your class/spec, and keeping up to date with class changes, raid tactics and ensuring your gear is optimised.
