Our 3 main premises and core building blocks of our guild are:

2-Evenly shared Leadership /Success/Failure in our events
3-Cultivate Player merit, teamwork, positive attitude (we look in ourselves and in team performance the path for improvement, NEVER on another teammate)



PVE SPECTRUM:
RAID TEAMS - PLAYERS DRAFT (PREMISE:ROSTER-WIDE TEAM EFFORT):
- ----»A STARS Team (progression). There are no reserved spots here. The Raid Leaders pick, AFTER HEARING PREVIOUSLY the "Class Leaders" and the "eSc MVP" ranks, the players who have the best ethicsSTARSclub history of attendance & performance on (our) Raids and will call Raiders via a specific ingame invite at most times
-----» A Rising Stars Team (for promising players; players that were not in a good form in the progression team; players that are at the very least diligent (bringing consumables and displaying a positive attitude)
RAID TEAMS - RAID LEADERS DRAFT (PREMISE:PROMOTE THE SELECTION OF THESE RAID LEADER TRAITS: RESILENCE, TEAMWORK MENTALITY, FRIENDLY APPROACH TO RAIDERS IN AND OUTSIDE RAIDS)
-----»We value the benefit of having a sizeable team of various Raid Leaders in the guild who can respond to our timetable and who can benefit from changing experience with their peers in the guild
RAID TEAMS – TIMETABLE (One Raid from 19:00 to 21:00 and other Raid from 21:00 to 23:00 Realm Time) . We will strive to have Raids available 7 days per week (divided between progression and farm Raids)

PVP SPECTRUM:
- We intend to have an equal approach here.That is to say RBG and Arena Teams split into a STARS Team(progression) and a Rising Stars Team(promising players).
- Our timetable will be 19:00 to 22:00 with the weekly events depending on how many Raid Leaders we recruit and their availability. We currently have many 2k+ exp players, a few 2.4k exp and a 2.7k exp Arena/RBG Leader
