About us
The Wild Hunt was formed at the beginning of Shadowlands on Kazzak. The core team of people was raiding and achieving Cutting Edge together on the Alliance side in previous expansions. We are recruiting chill, with a sense of humor, and team-oriented players to fill our ranks for mythic progression, but we also welcome socials that can join M+, PvP events, and Social/Alt raid run. Our goal is to push into mythic as much as possible with 2 raiding days.


Anyone is welcome to join us. We are open for socials, raiders, PvP-ers, etc. If you want to be a raider, you need to fill a very short application form (link at the bottom). We prefer to make a 10-15 min discord call and figure out if we are a right fit for each other, instead of filling pages with tons of questions. On that call, we will talk about your previous experience and what you are hoping to achieve with us, and also, we will tell you all about us. We want to be as transparent as possible with our guildies.

Raid Schedule
Thursday 20:00 - 23:00 - Mythic progression
Sunday 20:00 – 23:00 - Mythic progression
Wednesday 20:00 - 23:00 – this is a social/alt run, not mandatory
Social events every now and then (Among Us, Jackbox Party Games, RBGs in WoW, etc.)

Raiding and raid preparation
You have a good understanding of your own class and spec while also having a good understanding of other classes and roles in a raid environment.
You have a strong sense of awareness, surviving and adapting rapidly to any situation
We require you to be proactive when it comes to raid preparation. We are a 2-day raiding guild and we expect you to know the base boss mechanics and how to deal with them
We expect you to maximize your character’s potential and gear outside of raids.
Doing your own research – looking at logs, watching videos, etc.
You continuously seek to improve yourself.

Activity
We understand as well that your life does NOT revolve around WOW and we will not expect you to attend every raid. If you cannot make it for a raid, please inform some of the officers. Otherwise, we all strive for a >90% attendance rate.

Personal
Communication is key, in and out of raids. Please be able to speak and write in understandable English.
You need to be aware that every fight is different and sometimes you may be benched because of unfavorable mechanics to your class.
You have common sense.
We value your opinion and you will get room to express yourself, but you also know when to be quiet and listen.
You must be willing to give and receive constructive feedback.
A good sense of humor is a great plus.
