Pax is a guild with a 7 years old history, which migrated to
Silvermoon in march 2013. We're looking to find new friends here
that have the same philosophy as we do, which is: have fun in the
guild and while raiding in a competitive, mature and friendly
atmosphere.
The average age in the guild is 28+.

Our Raid Style:
To keep the raids going in a 10-man raiding guild, we feel it is necessary to have more than 10 players. Therefore we like to have a pool of players for all roles and try to be as fair as possible when choosing the raid team for a specific night.
We always expect the following from our raiders:
-Know your class well. This means keeping up to date with the changes in new patches, experimenting with your specialization/stats to maximize your potential.
-Know raid mechanics. Right now this means you already know all the abilities of the bosses in Siege of Orgimmar for Normal Mode. How we deal with certain elements in a fight will be told when necessary.
-You have a friendly attitude. We like raiding and are commited to it. However that doesnt mean we cant have fun and relaxed raids.
-The ability to accept constructive criticism. We are all human and make error, or we may have missed an important aspect of a class/fight etc., you should welcome constructive criticism.
-Use of a microphone is required. Communication is really needed if we want to move into heroic mode.
-Be 18+ years old and mature. We wont allow drama of any sort.
What classes/specs are we looking for?
Resto Shaman
Current Recruitment Requirements:
-Have Legendary Cloak and Gem, this means you have been raiding with that class for a while.
-Have at least 14/14 Flex experience, having killed bosses in Normal mode in addition to this is a big plus.
-Gear Requiremets: To be eligible for farm bosses: Have ilvl 540+
To be eligible for progression bosses: ilvl 550+
Raiding Information
On farm runs every player in our raiding team has a chance to raid. What does this mean?
We raid with 2 tanks - 2/3 healers - 5/6 dps.
We have 2 tanks - 2 healers - 7 dps online.
All the dps will roll(raid leader doesnt roll), the one with lowest roll will sit out, however on next farm run, this player wont be asked to roll.
On progression runs Raid Leader will pick the best team. How do we determine best?
-Attitude
-Attendance
-Skill
If you can bring 4/4 attendance and a good skill/attitude you will secure your spot!
Loot Rules:
We roll for the loot. Main Spec > Off Spec > Disenchant. Trialist/Initiates have same loot rights as our members.
Small Additional Note About the Guild:
We used to be a Turkish players only guild in the past, however we have been multi-national for a long time now. You may still see/hear Turkish in guild chat or in ventrilo.Default Communication in raids is in English and our Raid Leader is fluent but sometimes it becomes easier to explain/tell certain stuff in Turkish for the good of the raid. This must be ok for you.
