<Behind Boss> We were founded in DragonFlight season 2! We are a One Day raiding guild. We have created a strong and healthy roster since the awakening of the guild. We have aims to achieve CE every coming tier including this one. Have patience and an understanding before sending an application through to us!.

RECRUITING FOR FATED AND WAR WITHIN..What we are looking for, Dedicated players, Must have a good knowledge of the class their playing, Able to adapt to bosses play-style and mechanics. Feel free to drop us an application.

Also Looking for a Raid Leader - To host a HC/Casual Mythic Team within the guild
to support the community and provide Weekdays - Can have full range of days.
Main team just does the weekends.

Raid:
ATSC - 9/9HC - 6/9M.(Mostly with Pugs)
ADTH - 9/9HC - 7/9M.


Schedule;
• Saturday 19:00 - 23:00 ST - 5-6 minute break ( This is used for HC first month
and then Saturday gets removed completely, Only time Saturday will be used is if we
are close to killing a mythic boss in the future). But we'd like to keep Saturday off the table after HC.

• Sunday - 19:00 - 23:00 ST ( 4 Hours Mythic Progression) - 5-6 Minute break.


• FATED Sunday - 19:00 - 23:00 ST ( We Raid Only Sunday).

What we expect from you;

- Enjoy yourself. We can't stress this enough, it's a game. You're playing it to have fun, as are we.
- Be on time. Raid invites are 15 minutes before start time.
- Breaks will be 5-6 mins
- Be prepared ( Read up on guides before raid, have consumables etc ).
- Be able to communicate - We will be using discord for communication- it is mandatory for you to be able to listen to call outs. You do not have to speak.
- Be able to take (or give) feedback in a constructive way.
- Keep up to date with your gearing system - It's mandatory to do mythic plus in order to gain gear outside of raiding.

- Guidance when needed, If we cannot always help, I'm sure there is someone who can.
- We aim to have a strong community where people are helpful to one another and create a pleasant atmosphere.
- We currently have players that push m+ (If that is something your also interested in).
- Lots of trolling on Guild Chat and Discord!(Not during raid)
- Very helpful members and officer team (open to any discussion/complaints)
- We also value and take pride in doing feedback reviews - Such as
trial reviews and dps/heal reviews - these are private channels between individual
and the officer team.
