<No Dice> is first and foremost a raiding guild (with many
members also running M+ regularly) made of players and friends who
have raided together for many expansions; with our goals,
guidelines and context set around this. However we also appreciate
this is a game, and we all play for enjoyment. As such the guild is
run in a democratic manner so that all members get a say in how we
balance the need for raid progress with that of their lives (hence
semi-hardcore).
If you are looking for a guild that raids regularly, clears heroic, pushes strongly into mythic, and expects you to play an active role in decision making - then we are the guild for you. If you are looking for a server first guild, a casual heroic only guild or an environment where you are told what to do, then we are not.
We also accept non-raider (social) applications for those who seek a collection of Mythic+ ready players and are focused on this content, or from those who have friends / connections within the guild.
