Recruitment:

We are currently recruiting exceptional ranged dps who can join weekly raids with %100 participation and have excellent understanding of their class and raid mechanics. We can also consider applicants regardless of their spec.

Who are we ?

Pumper Gang is a semi-hardcore guild formed by bunch of friends who played this game together since the early expansions. Our aim is to clear the current raid on mythic difficulty with a 2 day raiding Schedule while having lots of fun.

Requirements

• We expect near %100 participation from our players. Since we raid only 2 days a week it is curicial for everyone to show up on the raid day.
• We expect our players to be competent at their class/spec. Every player in our guild must know how to sim and how to optimize their character to bring the most to the raid runs.
• We expect our players to understand the raid mechanics and execute them with success. Although mistakes can happen we won’t tolerate players who fail at a mechanic over and over, and hinder our progress.
• We expect our players to have a thick skin. Everyone in the guild should be open to criticism since we believe that it is key to learning and improving their gameplay. If your are a snowflake Pumper Gang might not be the guild for you.
• Lastly if you don’t like memes, occasional trolling or if you get offended easily by jokes you should never consider joining us since everyone in this guild is a * troll.

We guarantee that you will have the most entertaining time you had in this game playing with us! It is important for us to also have fun while raiding and doing dungeons since we know that this is a game and games should be fun. We try to find the perfect balance between fun and success and make the experience more enjoyable for all of our players.
