“Obscure” Guild

Obscure raids Tuesday 20:00-23:00 (A fun one day a week raiding guild)

What you can expect from us:

A mature guild environment. And no, "mature" does not mean x-rated. Mature means that two grown women might be talking about their pregnancy experiences in guild chat. Mature means polite and drama-free. It doesn't mean we never swear, it does mean things like homophobic or racist comments are beyond our range of experience.

From a raiding perspective, "mature" means a stable raiding schedule. "Mature" means that while sometimes we use "serious voice" you're not going to be screamed at for making a mistake, although you are expected to own it.

"Mature" means coming to raids fully prepared: having watched the a video for the encounters, having read the strategy threads on our forums, and knowing your class inside and out. It means treating the playtime of the other people in the raid with respect, and getting the same in return.

What we look for during trials:

- situational awareness

- raid preparation

- extremely good raid discipline

- a casting rotation/style that indicates you know how to play your class

- an addiction to wiping on new bosses until they're dead

- a mature, intelligent person who's a good social fit; it's ok if you're shy, it's not ok if you're causing drama

Remember we are a casual fun one day a week raiding guild. The main aim is to have fun while enjoying new content but offer a relaxed easy going atmosphere for raiding.
