Balanced objective
Our main objective for 9.2 is to have a serious attempt at creating a mythic progression and potentially a Cutting Edge raiding group. We will not tolerate people that are not adequately prepared, we expect that all raiders put the required effort into this. Note: The guild is 9/11HC we have players from different realms that will be joining us in Twisting Nether very soon.
What Balanced expect from their raiders?
- Players with the right mindset for progression.
- Be non-toxic, our aim is to create an environment to have fun whilst clearing raids.
- Exceptional players with the skill and mentality to improve as the tier goes on.
- High attendance. If you are unable to attend a raid you will be expected to alert the officers.
- Excellent class and spec knowledge.
- Research fight mechanics.
What raiders can expects from Balanced?
- A healthy raiding environment.
- An organized push for progress.
- Sim yourself, use enchants, etc...
- Our raid members enjoy free repairs/consumables for raids.
- No spot is guaranteed. The best players will get the spots. (Based on logs, mechanics, attitude, attendance, etc...)
What is Balanced schedule?
- Wednesday 20:00 - 23:00
- Monday 20:00 - 23:00
We will discuss three-day raiding once we have a proper roster rolling. The third day could be one of the following;
- More progress
- Clear normal for tier set (optional)
- Alt run (optional)
