**Looking for consistent and team-oriented DPS (Lock/Priest/Mage)**
About us: Shields Up is an adult raiding guild. We formed in August 2016 and our goal is Cutting Edge every tier on a 2-day / 5-hour schedule. While real life will always be priority (many of us have kids, spouse, full-time jobs, etc.), being able to play your class at a competitive level in a shorter time-window is important.
Goal: Mythic raiding progression within a fun, team-oriented environment while maintaining a 2-night / week raiding schedule.
Schedule: Tuesday/Thursday 8:30 EST - 11:00 EST.
Expectations: For core raiders, the following is expected:
Be on-time. If you will miss a raid, communicating in advance is key
Come prepared with full consumables
While progression is on-going, getting at least one weekly key in is highly encouraged
Modest raid preparation and a team mindset. Success of the group > personal performance
Positive and constructive attitude
Mythic +: Pushing keys is a major focus for the majority of our roster, with many of our raiders in the 3k++ IO range.
PVP: On off nights, the occasional RBG shenanigans.
Achievement Runs: We run "Glory of the X Raider" achievement runs every tier as a guild!
**Current Progression: **We are currently 6/11M SOTFO. 10/10M Sanctum, CE.
Needs: Currently, we are looking for a consistent and team-oriented DPS player.
