<War Theory> - US – Horde - Bleeding Hollow – "Mediumcore" Raiding Guild

Who are we?
We are an East Coast Based, adult late-night raiding guild, that runs raids at 9:00 pm. - 12:00 pm. EST, on Friday and Saturday. We feel that Blizzard has unintentionally ruined most of the social aspects of World of Warcraft, and it is up to the members of the community to try to preserve it. This is why we try to always encourage our members to group up with one another and join our discord, to help form that sense of community. We run Keystone dungeons almost every day of the week.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for players who want to have a community that actually means something.
We feel that Blizzard has unintentionally ruined most of the social aspects of World of Warcraft, and it is up to the members of the community to preserve it.

Goals
* Our overarching goal is that we want to create a relaxed environment where we can have fun and challenge ourselves.
* We want to see all of what World of Warcraft has to offer at our own pace.
* We want to be a part of the server community and experience World PvP, and hope to bond and form rivalries with other guilds on the server.
* We want to strike a middle ground between the casual and semi-hardcore raiding.

Member Expectations
* A friendly attitude and willingness to learn and improve.
* We expect raiders to have some cheap consumables (food and pots). We will make do with what we have. We will also supply what we can.
* We expect raiders to do their best while in the actual raid, so we can overcome the challenges together.
* We also expect our raid members to have a common courtesy of letting their raid team know if they can't make it ahead of time.

Core values
* Bring the player, not the class/spec mentality. We allow less viable specs and encourage everyone to play what they like.
* Common sense and patience.
* Being flexible and understanding that real life takes priority.
* Honest and transparent leadership.
* A team mentality about raiding

Raiding Schedule


Group 1:

Friday - 9:00pm - 12:00 am.
Saturday - 9:00pm - 12:00 am.
