<Undaunted> of Hyjal is looking for late-night raiders!
About Undaunted
We are a Horde AOTC raiding guild on the Hyjal server that raids late night. Our focus is on clearing as much heroic content and early mythic as we can while it is current and with core raiding hours of only six hours per week.
We have been raiding together since Mists of Pandaria and have regularly achieved AOTC. Historically, after AOTC and cross-server Mythic is unlocked we've progressed against the first few bosses on mythic difficulty. While our primary guild focus is on raids, we also have a Mythic plus key night and much activity in pushing keys. PvP is less of a focus but there are a handful of members who enjoy arenas and RBGs.

Current Needs
We will consider highly skilled players who can regularly attend for any role except regular tanks. We are in highest need of ranged DPS and ranged DPS who can alt spec as healers.
Raid Times
Three hours on Tuesday and Thursday
Pacific: 10pm to 1am
Mountain: 11pm to 2am
Central: Midnight to 3am
Eastern: 1am to 4am
Optional alt raids farming heroic and sometimes normal Wednesdays and Key nights on Saturdays at the same time.
We'd be a good fit for you if...
1) Our raid times are designed to work for the smaller group of folks who can't raid during "prime time" hours. Whether that is due to work, family duties, or other commitments. Most of our raiders join us because they are looking for off hour raids times like we offer.
2) You'd like a focus on downing bosses without making raiding extremely high-pressure or a full-time job. Our raiders are serious about their performance, but we are just as focused on enjoying the experience and having fun as progressing. Good WoW/life balance is critical for us in not burning out or losing faction with our family members.
3) You want a guild with some history that will not fall apart in the next month. Ever joined a new guild with high ambitions and then seen drama or lack of leadership tear it apart in a matter of weeks? If not, you are fortunate. Undaunted has been raiding togther since Mists of Pandaria and we are still being led by the same guild leader.
We might not be a good match for you if...
1) Foul language in raid and "non-toxic" joking about performance. For better or worse it's part of our guild culture. That said we don't allow harrassment of any sort towards our guild members or discriminatory language of any sort (see our guild rules).
2) If you want a Cutting Edge guild that clear all of Mythic we are probably not the guild for you. We are looking to push harder into Mythic if we can solidify a 20 man roster but are far from achieving cutting edge.
