Narcosis is recruiting Tank, Healers, Rogue/WW/Enhance & Range DPS(Boomkin/Mage/Warlock). Narcosis is a 2 night mythic raiding guild where having strong performance and consistent attendance is a core value.
Log reviews happen nightly. They are closely monitored after wipes to find where improvements have to be made. We have a zero tolerance policy to players who make repetitive mistakes.
We are recruiting players who prefer long term commitments and who are serious about raiding. Requirements include: Cutting Edge, Recent Logs, Microphone and Discord.
We want to have everyone using the same weak-aura's to reduce conflicts (at least the tier weakaura packages).

Expectation: We expect our raiders to come on time, and be well prepared. This includes going over logs, checking VODs, revamping strategies, bringing pots and food, keeping your character up-to-date with the content (Renown, etc.), Unlock M+ caches every week to at least 2 choices (4 dungeons).
Short-Term Goals: US 100-150 in 10.0
Long-Term Goals: US 75-100
