“Irate Pirates” Guild

<Irate Pirates> of Llane/Arygos is recruiting adults who are looking for a community of helpful people. Our members enjoy hanging out in guild chat, questing together, and doing heroic/mythic+ dungeons as a guild. We have 1 progression raid group working on Tomb of Sargeras currently.

Wednesday/ Thursday/ Sunday 10:00PM to 12:00AM EST

1) Raiding Opportunities.
We are a large (160 unique players), semi-hard core raiding guild ranking routinely in the top 3 in progression on Llane/Arygos each expansion. We also run non-progression raids for our casual raiding members with room for all types of players doing varying levels of difficulty.

We are here to stay. Our leadership is very committed to the guilds mission of providing its members the tools to succeed. We are not a guild around for an expansion and gone the next.

3) Thriving Guild Community.
We do not recruit based solely on raiding skill alone. We are acutely aware that recruiting the person possessing the 'right fit' is far more important than just a skilled player with a bad attitude. While it is a bonus that you possess the requisite skill with your class and specialization, your personality/attitude must be appropriate and in-line with the guild's.

Handle everything as you would interacting with other adults in the real world. We don't want to micro-manage or teach you how to act. We are not your parents, nor do we want to be.

The best raiders are self-motivating and problem solvers. Take constructive criticism and learn from it. Take advantage of resources to help you along the way.
