Tuesday/Wednesday 9-12 Server Time Raids


--We are a progression focused guild.

With serious raid progression and high M+ pushes a key focus for many of our core members,
we look to create an environment that pushes individuals to look torwards greater personal success and thus elevate our field as a whole.
We understand that everyone has priorities and commitments outside of the game, but during raid tier progression we expect Tier completion as a high priority among all our raiders.
This is currently a AOTC focused raid team, with aspirations of further progression, pushing into mythic.
Within our line of constant improvement - looking to improve our overall Guild Ranking going into future raid tiers should be a team goal and an excellent means of judging our advancment.


--There is no I in Team.

Only through the coordination of individuals working towards the success of the whole will we be able to achieve our greatest heights.
At times a fight might require some self sacrifice or if a certain role is required of a player for such a fight, these are actions our players should look to take in stride.


--We value our time outside of the raid as much as our time inside of the raid.

Being a 2 Raid per week guild we must strive to maintain high levels of value and efficiency for our limited time to progress inside of the raid each week.
This also asks that we push to achieve all that we might manage within the span of each week outside of our raid times,
this is due in the terms of maintaining lucrative great vaults, keeping with current renown progression, and constantly looking for ways to improve your character and its performance.


--Be good to each other and look to help others improve.

Things can get tense in the heat of passion, but do remember we are here playing a game and ultimately it is to have fun. Dont be afraid to speak up if you see something you think is wrong,
but this should come from a place of looking to help and not put down. Within this team we have the priveleged access to many great minds, varied perspectives, and extensive experience, these are tools to aid us.
Its encouraged for everyone to speak up and say what they feel is neccesary, but must be done so in a constructive manner.
While it is important for individuals to focus primarily on themselves and their own objectives, do remember these are ultimately tasks that can only be surmounted as a team, a unit, so it is vitally important we act as one.


--Expectations for our Raiders--
As stated in our third guild mission we expect our raiders to put in the time and effort to adequetely prepare themselves going into raid progression. This includes but is not limited to;
Researching fight mechanics and strategies. Tips, tricks and strategies for your class on specific encounters. Keeping your gear fully socketed(Ve'nari sockets currently NOT required) and enchanted. Maintaining lucrative great vaults, and keeping with current renown progression.
Being adequetely stocked on consumables for each raid night
The guild bank currently provides: Cauldrons and Feasts during Progression, Health and Mana Pots, Wpn Stones and Oils, Armor Kits, Tomes
Raider should provide their own supply of appropriate Throughput Potions, Supplementary 30 stat food,, and weekly Vantus Rune. Augment Runes are NOT required.

Our Scheduled Raid times are 9-12 Server time and that is when pulls will start, as such it is expected that raiders on online and ready for invites no later than 5 minutes prior to raid.
