“Suboptimal” Guild

Welcome to <Suboptimal>! Newly transfered, made up of experienced, dedicated raiders that are primed and ready to become one of Tarren Mills Top 2 Night Guilds.

We used to be <Horde Spies> on Outland.

We're a strict 2 night guild focused on efficient, quality and fun progression in a well managed environment. Everyone is expected to perform at the height of their chosen role but equally everyone is encouraged to have a great time doing it, and we do.

Given only 2 raid nights a week they are structured to be as efficient and quality as possible.

Due to this if you wish to join us please consider the following requirments:
- 95% Attendance - Being unreliable in this competitive environment is a no.
- Comprehensive player ability. Able to play multiple specs and ideally roles.
- Capable of taking criticism properly and working to improve as needed.
- Extensively prepared for each and every upcoming boss.
- A mature personality able to work well and have fun with the team.
- The ability to speak when required during raids.

If you think you can meet those then this is what we can offer you:
- Being part of a top guild, killing bosses before most.
- Quality raiding experience from both a gameplay and atmosphere standpoint.

We raid Weds and Sun 7:30 to 11:30 server time with invites going out strictly at 7:15

We use Discord as our raid comms and social hub, lots of stuff happens on there.

The above is our current most needed specs but we are always open to exceptional players, if you prove to out perform an existing member you will claim a spot.
