Purpose:
We are a small(ish) guild working on building a core team of somewhat friendly and active members. As the guild name suggests, this guild was made for players who enjoy raiding normal/heroic but sometimes cannot commit to a hardcore guild. Pugging is encouraged, or a necessity to some of our members. PvP is a secondary objective to the guild and we will try and do RBGs at some point soon when we are capable. BGs and skirmish/rated arena is encouraged with other members of the guild. Social members and hardcore casuals are welcome. We frequently play other games and everyone is welcome to join in.
Expectations:
We don't expect you to put up with peoples shit but to at least be cautious of how you act under the guild name.
Minimum requirements for raiders is the ability to perform well and not die during encounters. Lesser geared players are welcome, but some visible effort to improve gear outside of raids (which we can help with) and to not die repeatedly to mechanics would be necessary for you to not burden the raid.
Discuss with those you PvP with to make sure you are on the same level. Do not get angry at someone in the guild for not taking it as seriously as you do if things don't turn out as planned.
