Current plan for SL:
Heroic Raid Group- Tues/Fri, 8:30-10:30pm EST.
Key Push Group- Currently being evaluated, no set nights. Participation in Heroic encouraged. Intend on selling keys when possible.
Normal/Learning Raid- Sunday, 8:30-10:30pm EST.
Expectations
Given the guild's main focus is Heroic raiding and eventually building towards casual Mythic, we are expecting a few things:
-A good attitude
-Competency (We're not pushing Mythic raiding for now, but we also don't feel like slogging through tiers carrying people, and we likely will push for Mythic when we have the numbers)
-A willingness to work within the guild community
The key group will have more stringent expectations which will be set according to how far we push.

-Solid DPS
-Solid healers
We currently have no demand for tanks, as those spots are filled.
