Requirements:
-Maintain 80%+ attendance
-Be open to playing multiple specs in your class, especially if you're in a DPS role
-Acknowledge a bench exists and rotations will happen, be it for a farm boss or a specific prog boss
-Even if you're benched for a fight, being there and being ready to come in is required. You're committing to the guild and our raiding schedule, not just when it's convenient for you.

Simply put: We're a group of friends who enjoys raiding and doing other challenging content when we can. We're heavily invested in the game, but recognize most of us have careers, families, etc that take priority. Despite this, we:

Come prepared to raid with people who have a similar mindset

Proactively make sure there isn't any toxic individual or general raid stress. We encourage you to ask questions if you aren't sure about something without feeling called out or teased, but that isn't an excuse for not knowing the fight.

Actively look for ways to incrementally improve in-game as individuals and a group

Admit mistakes happen, have thick skin, are open to criticism, and realize the enjoyment in the game is overcoming a challenge
