Alkaline is seeking new members on Alliance side, Stormrage-US. We are currently AotC in Castle Nathria and 2/10 Mythic. We are seeking the all exceptional players for our Mythic Roster, and members for our Heroic Raid team.

WHO WE ARE
Alkaline was formed in May 2020 with the expectation to push into Cutting Edge content, and work towards Hall of Fame. Contextually, in Ny'alotha we progressed to 10/12M after forming late into the tier. The team has grown diverse and includes Cutting Edge Raiders, Gladiator Rated PvPers, Keystone Masters, and Achievement Hunters For Shadowlands our Goals are CE first Tier, and Hall of Fame second Tier, while still keeping the environment light and our community close.

Raid Requirements
For raids, we are currently looking for a 205 minimum item level for Heroic reclear, and a 210 item level for Mythic Progression. The Guild provides Flasks, Pots, Repairs, Food, Gems, and weapon enhancements (paid for from sales of BoEs). Usage of Discord is a must for everyone; we expect you to be in and use the channel to listen to callouts as well as do raid signups via our discord bot. Microphones/the ability to speak is recommended, though not mandatory.

Growth Expectations
Everyone deserves a fair shot, and we will make sure you get it. Some raid bosses might be difficult, or maybe there is a personality that you don’t quite mesh with- that’s okay! It’s important to remember to be kind, even when things are tense. Everyone in the guild has room to grow and improve, and we can help each other to find out how to make those improvements. Belittling or mocking others is not tolerated, nor is any sort of racism, sexism, homophobia, or anything else that could be construed as derogatory.

Attendance
We expect you to be able to make most raid days (~85%+ raid attendance), and provide as much notice as possible if you need to miss or skip a day. It’s okay to miss, the most important thing is to let an officer know or post in discord with as much notice as you can give us. During the raid, we will have one 10 minute break, and expect unscheduled breaks to be kept at an absolute minimum. We can plan additional breaks as needed, but it's best we do what we have to do at the same time to keep our progress going.

Weekly Raid/Event Times
Alkaline raids Heroic on Wednesdays & Mythic on Fridays, and Saturdays 9pm Eastern-12am Eastern. On Tuesdays and Thursdays the guild participates in organized RBG push groups for 2100 cr+ this season. RBGs start at 6:00 PM EST.
Keys are pushed daily, and vault keys are ran en-masse on Mondays.
